Installs outdoors without an enclosure
An LTE gateway for surveillance cameras
It keeps the features of the Edge Gateway (Indoor), such as 4 PoE ports, up to 4 SIMs, and protection against momentary power interruptions. We newly developed dust and water resistance, direct sunlight protection, lightning protection (SPD), a power supply, and LTE antennas, and housed everything in a single box.
It is an outdoor IoT gateway running Linux, designed for outdoor surveillance cameras.

Designed for direct outdoor installation
- Circuit boards mounted directly inside a polycarbonate case
- A design that dissipates internal heat efficiently
- Dust- and water-resistant (equivalent to IP65)
- Operating temperature range that allows for direct sunlight (-20°C to 60°C)
- SPD for protection against induced lightning
- Coated internal components to protect against condensation
- Protection against momentary power interruptions (Japanese Patent No. 6954423) for unstable power supplies
- Copes with mobile carrier network failures
Works in a wide range of harsh outdoor environments
Besides outdoor security and surveillance cameras, it can be used for social infrastructure such as renewable energy sites that people cannot easily reach (solar, wind, geothermal, hydro, and battery storage), railway lines and railroad crossings with unstable voltage, traffic systems such as traffic signals, power receiving and transforming equipment, and water and sewage facilities in harsh locations such as deep in the mountains. It can also be used for disaster preparedness, such as monitoring rivers, dams, irrigation ponds, and mountain slopes.
