We have received many inquiries about whether the recently disclosed PHP vulnerability “PHP2Shell” (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619) affects our products. Here is our response.

Summary: Our products are not affected. No action is required by customers or resellers.

1. Impact on our products

Our router products and cloud services (including related systems) do not use PHP. They are therefore not affected by this vulnerability.

Note: This notice does not cover any impact from software that customers install themselves on AG, AR, or AX series devices.

2. Action by customers and resellers

No action is required, such as checks, configuration changes, or updates.
